At InPerspectiveConsulting we strive to protect your privacy and rights. We have set forth this statement to explain the information we collect from you, how we use that information, and your legal rights regarding that information.
Who has access to my information?

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you choose to contact us through a web form, such as providing feedback, comments or requesting an estimate or further information, we need your email address. This information is only used for the purpose of responding to you. Similar to other commercial Web sites, our Web site utilizes a standard technology called "cookies" (see explanation below, "What Are Cookies?") and Web server logs to collect information about how our Web site is used. Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Web site, and the Web sites visited just before and just after our Web site. We, our advertisers may also use small pieces of code called “web beacons” or “clear gifs” to determine which advertisements and promotions users have seen and how users responded to them.
We may from time to time analyse your personal information and profile to enable us to review, develop and improve our products and services which we offer and to enable us to provide you with relevant information through our marketing programme. If you do not wish to receive information regarding new products and services, company news, or changes to this website, you may opt-out by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What Are Cookies?
A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a Web site, that site's computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each Web site can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a Web site to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.
How Do We Use Information We Collect from Cookies?
Cookies, in conjunction with our Web server's log files, allow us to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting our Web site and which parts of the site are most popular. This helps us gather feedback in order to constantly improve our Web site and better serve our customers. Cookies do not allow us to gather any personal information about you and we do not generally store any personal information that you provided to us in your cookies.
How do we protect your information?
When you place an order with us, we take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is stored safely on our servers. Only employees of the Data Controller can access your information. Only the Data Controller will process your information for completion of your order. In accordance with UK Data Protection legislation we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you provide to prevent unauthorised access. Our procedures mean we may occasionally request proof of identity before disclosing information to you. We cannot however guarantee the security of any data you disclose to us online.
Do we disclose your information to third parties?
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. If we choose to do so in the future, you will be notified by email of our intentions, and have the right to be removed prior to the disclosure. We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. These may include packaging companies to fulfil orders, couriers to make deliveries, Royal Mail to send post, and marketing companies to inform you of our new products and services. These companies will have access to your personal information, but may not use it for any other purpose and are required to process the data in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation.
